Rachel Baldino
Rachel Baldino is a skilled and experienced litigation attorney with a thoughtful and thorough approach to her cases. She is dedicated to protecting employees against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, and to obtaining the best outcome possible for her clients.
Rachel completed her undergraduate degree at Tulane University in 2001. She then received her JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2008. Prior to joining the Ghozland Law Firm, she worked at a large corporate firm in the litigation group and tried many high-value cases, with experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
She simultaneously was an adjunct professor at the USC Gould School of Law teaching legal writing and appellate advocacy for several years. She is based in California with her husband and three daughters, and is licensed to practice before all Courts in the State of California.
